All writing is generated from ideas but ideas are easily forgotten
— Write ideas down when
they occur!
Ideas come at anytime, anywhere. A name, A title, a character, a piece of conversation spoken or overheard. —
It is surprising what a fertile imagination can do with snippets.
Remember to question your writing:-
Ask WHO, WHAT, WHY, WHERE, HOW and WHEN to develop characters and move the story forward.
Choose your words carefully and question their strength. Too weak and the writing loses pace. Too strong and the work appears overwritten.
